Terms and Conditions for Experts

Modification of This Agreement
You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Take Answers has the right, but is under no obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the app. Take Answers reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove or terminate any portion of this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. All changes to this agreement are effective immediately upon being posted to the app. Your continued use of the app following any changes to this agreement will mean that you accept these changes.

Third Party Linked Apps Disclaimer
The Take Answers app may contain links to third party websites. These may include without limitation, other websites or apps providing articles or RSS feeds (“linked apps”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Take Answers and Take Answers is not responsible for the contents of any linked app. These include without limitation any changes or updates in the linked app. Such links to the apps maintained by third parties do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Take Answers, or any of its affiliates, of any third party or their content, nor the existence of a partnership, joint venture, agency, or other relationship between Take Answers, or any of its affiliates, and any linked third party or their content. Take Answers is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any association with its operators. You enter any inked apps at your own risk, and should carefully review their terms of use, privacy statements and other conditions of use for such sites prior to using such sites.

Paid Services

Provide Answers
As a global expert in a category, you are fully responsible to reply to a message within 10 hours. Failing to answer on multiple occasions (four times maximum in a given period) could lead to the termination of this agreement. This is your chance to build your reputation and build a community of clients.

Chat/Call/Video Sessions
As an expert, you set your price for your one-hour chat session with clients. The maximum you can set is €40, €70 and €100 respectively for chat/call/video. We recommend that you are reasonable on your pricing since the public is not aware of you and your services.

Financial Model Scheme

Take Answers receives 20% percent of the original price for each session, except Get to Know which is free.

Chat/Call/Video Sessions
Take Answers receives 20% of the session based on the price set by you as expert. You are responsible to pay your local, city, state and federal tax from your earnings. Take Answers is not responsible to pay on your behalf or present your earnings to any governmental entity. If a government requests Take Answers to reveal its experts’ transaction records, Take Answers will follow the law of the land.

Price for each session is as set by you, be reasonable to win the hearts of clients then you can increase accordingly but the most is €40, €70 and €100 respectively for Chat/Call/Video sessions.
Services fees for Online Payment portals will be deducted before payments are made to Take Answers and Experts.

Payment
Take Answers will transfer all payments through Stripe or bank transaction at the end of every month. Make sure you sign up with Stripe payment services, Take Answers is not responsible to follow. Refunds are not available for completed advisory services. Also, clients are not refunded for merely changing their minds. Refund is not available if a transaction failure happens at the payment gateway (power failure, lost internet connection, etc.). You may not solicit your services to clients or ask for direct payment, this leads to automatic termination of the agreement.

App Use

Restrictions on Use
You agree to use the app only to offer advice, send and receive messages from admin, information and materials that are proper and related to the particular app project database, forum, community, or other app service you are using.

You will not:
1. Post on or transmit to the app any defamatory, libelous, obscene, bigoted, hateful, racially offensive, vulgar, harassing, inflammatory, pornographic, child pornographic, violent (meaning content that is excessively violent, incites violence or threatens violence), profane, threatening, unfair, deceptive or unlawful content or any content that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, whether under statute, common law or equitable principles, or otherwise violate any law.
2. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or of the site server. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless the app service you are using specifically allows such actions.
3. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
4. Download any file posted by another user of the app that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
5. Falsify or delete any author attributions, copyright notices or legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded, or that is provided with Site materials or accessed through the app. You’ll not speak on behalf of Take Answers the app or claim any relation
6. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, including without limitation Partner Terms, which may be applicable to any particular app services or solicit your service outside the app. If exchange of email or phone number is detected, your agreement is immediately terminated.

Information Disclosure

Disclosure under Law
Take Answers reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Additionally, to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part. Take Answers has sole discretion if we believe you have violated this agreement.

Providing Correct Personal Information
In the course of using the app, you may be required to enter certain information, including without limitation personal information (collectively, “information”). You may be required to confirm your email address or other information before being allowed to use certain services. You agree to provide Take Answers with full, true and correct Information, and to update such Information on the App promptly as reasonably necessary and as required by the app. You agree to upload your personal image in proper form. Failure to do so on multiple occasions may lead in terminating the contract.

Caution when Providing Information
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in using any app service. Take Answers does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any text, data, or other materials or information posted by app users to the app or transmitted to other users or Take Answers through the app. Therefore, Take Answers specifically disclaims any liability with regards to posted materials and any actions resulting from your use of posted materials. App users are not authorized Take Answers spokespersons, and their views do not reflect those of Take Answers.

Posting Limitations
Posted materials may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download posted materials.

Confidentiality of Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any, and for restricting access to your mobile/cell phone. You accept full responsibility and liability for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to not impersonate any other person, including any other Take Answers forum member, any Take Answers forum host or any Take Answers staff.

Termination
Take Answers reserves the right to refuse or restrict service, terminate accounts, or remove content in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason, without notice. In the event you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or with any other Take Answers policies, rules, terms or conditions, your rights under this Agreement are terminated automatically, without notice. You agree that immediately upon termination of this Agreement, your right to use the app, or upon any earlier demand by Take Answers at any time, you will cease all access and/or use of the app, and will not attempt to access and/or use the app. Upon such termination, Take Answers has no obligation to return any posted materials or other materials that you have provided to Take Answers in the course of using the app or any services related thereto.

Paid services

Chat/Call/Video Sessions
Your Chat/Call/Video session is an hourly service; you are booking for the entire hour and must pay according to the price set by each expert. Make sure you are available for that hour, any seconds or minutes less than the hour which includes the sixty minutes is full one hour charge even if you or the client decided to use the service for twenty minutes.

Refund Policy
Take Answers does not keep any refund policy. Refunds are not available for completed advisory services by experts. Also no refund is possible for merely changing your mind. Refund is not available if some transaction failure happens at the payment gateway (power failure, lost internet connection, etc.). Therefore, before making any payments please make sure you read and understood the terms and conditions well.
