How long does it take to get an answer?
The maximum time taken to receive an answer is 6 hours (to accommodate the timezone of the global experts). If it takes more than 6 hours, you have the choice to switch experts.
Is Take Answers a 24/7 service?
Yes! We serve different time zones and so we are always available.
How do I know I have received an answer to my question?
The answer to your question will appear on the app's ‘‘question and answer’’ icon, and in your smartphone notifications.
Can I ask for a refund after I have paid for any of the services?
No. Our services are non-refundable.
Can I change the question after I paid for the service?
No. You will have to start the entire process again by asking a new question. Every question is charged separately.
I did not receive my answer when I was expecting to. What should I do?
Do not worry, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, specify the problem and we will look into it.
Which currencies are accepted for payment?
Depends which country you are in but we accept most globally exchanged currencies such as the Euro, U.S dollar, British Pound, etc.
When do I make the payment?
All payments are made after submitting your question.

Who are the advisors to the questions?
Answers are given by global hands-on- experts who are either currently working in sound and reputable firms as employees, or self-employed consultants who started their business just like you but grew and ready to share their expertise. Take Answers validates all experts through a rigorous selection process before approving and appointing them as experts.
Where do the experts come from?
Our experts are global as they come from all walks of life. Experts are relevant to any questions and are able to provide consultancy based on both local and global insights. For example, if your business is in Lisbon, would you find experts based in Lisbon? You will definitely do.
How much does each question cost?
The first question costs €3 but each elaboration afterwards is a 100 percent increase of the original price.
To clarify, the first elaboration after the first question is €6 while the second is €12 and so forth. Each elaboration is a 100 percent increase.
How does Take Answers work?
There are three simple steps involved.
First, select the main category of your concern. For example, the main category includes management, human resources, marketing and finance, and legal.
Second, select one of the subcategories such as: marketing, digital marketing, etc.
Third, select the expert you wish to consult. We suggest that you select your advisors based on their profiles and ratings.
Can I select a different expert if I did not like the answers of my current expert?
Yes. However, you will first have to end it with the first expert and then start the process all over again with the new expert. This includes payment for your newly-selected expert.
What is the language of advisory?
The app’s official language is English yet you can contact experts in your preferred language. We recommend you to place your questions in English as there is no indication of languages spoken by experts on their profiles.
How do I contact you if I face problems in receiving my answers or processing payments?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you immediately. Specify the type of your problem in the email. If the problem is expert-related, write to us the expert’s name in the body of your email.
Can I email the expert I selected directly?
No! The only communication allowed between an expert and a client is through the app. You can risk the experts being in trouble if you do not adhere to this rule. We have enabled email and phone number sharing detection technology to ensure adherence.
