How long does it take to get a reply?

Our Chat, Call and Video Sessions, once booked with an expert, will allow four hours. If not accepted within that time, you have the choice to select a different expert. The Chat session is continuous like any regular text chat practice; the difference is that you are automatically billed for the hour even if you used a minute or few seconds. So make sure to utilise your time efficiently. In the Get to Know session, the maximum time taken to receive a reply is 24 hours (to accommodate the timezone of our global experts). If it takes more than this, you have the choice to switch experts.

Is Take Answers a 24/7 service?

Yes. We serve different time zones and so we are always available.

How do I know I have received a reply?

The reply to your message will appear on the app's icon, and in your smartphone notifications. Alternatively, you can log into your app and check 'My Sessions' section.

Can I ask for a refund after I have paid for any of the services?

No. Our services are non-refundable.

Can I restart any of the session after I paid for the service?

No. You will have to start the entire process again by starting a new session. Every session is charged separately. This is applicable for Chat, Call and Video Sessions.

I did not receive a reply when I was expecting to. What should I do?

Do not worry. Email us at takeanswers@takeanswers.com, specify the problem and we will look into it.

Which currencies are accepted for payment?

It depends on which country you are in but we accept most globally exchanged currencies such as the Euro, U.S dollar, British Pound, etc.

When do I make the payment?

All payments are made upon the start of a session.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

All major credit cards and Stripe are accepted for payment.

Is Take Answers an advisory app?

Yes, it is! Hands-on-experts from around the globe assist in your daily subject-specific issues across all business sectors within minutes.

What type of app is Take Answers?

Take Answers is the app for personalized expert advice that facilitates private sessions on subject-specific issues with global verified experts.

Who are the experts to the sessions?

Advices are given by global hands-on-experts who are either currently working in sound and reputable firms as employees or self-employed consultants who started their business just like you but grew and are now ready to share their expertise. Take Answers validates all experts through a rigorous selection process before approving and appointing them as experts.

Where do the experts come from?

Our experts are global as they come from all walks of life. Experts are relevant to any subjects and are able to provide consultancy based on both local and global insights. For example, if your business is in Delaware, would you find experts based in Delaware? You will definitely do.

How much does each session cost?

Chat Sessions
The Chat session price is determined by experts. Each expert sets a price for his/her session to a maximum of $40 for one-hour session.
Call Sessions
The Call session price is determined by experts. Each expert sets a price for his/her session to a maximum of $70 for one-hour session.
Video Sessions
The Video session price is determined by experts. Each expert sets a price for his session to a maximum of $100 for one-hour session.

How does Take Answers work?

There are three simple steps involved. First, select the main category of your concern. For example, the main category includes management, human resources, marketing, finance and legal. Second, select one of the subcategories such as advertising, digital marketing, etc. Third, select the expert you wish to consult. We suggest that you select your advisors based on their profiles and ratings. Alternately, you can choose an expert by face and then select the category/sub-category he/she has expertise in.

Can I select a different expert if I did not like the advice of my current expert?

Yes. However, you will first have to end the session with the first expert and then start the process all over again with the new expert. This includes payment for your newly selected expert.

What is the language of advisory?

The app’s official language is English but you can contact experts in your preferred language. We recommend you to communicate in English as there is no indication of languages spoken by experts on their profiles.

How do I contact you if I face problems in receiving my answers or processing payments?

Please email us at takeanswers@takeanswers.com and we will get back to you immediately. Specify your type of problem in the email. If the problem is expert-related, indicate the expert’s name in the body of your email.

Can I email the expert I selected directly?

No. The only communication allowed between an expert and a client is through the app. You can risk the experts being in trouble if you do not adhere to this rule. We have enabled email and phone number sharing detection technology to ensure adherence.
